Agenda – what they don’t teach you in library school

Our next chat, on Tuesday 1 October 6:30 – 8:30pm, will be on ‘what they don’t teach you in library school’ –  practical advice, tips and insights to those starting out in library and information work.  We’ll also be inviting people to finish the sentence ‘When I started out in LIS I never thought I’d…’

The agenda is now available here for you to view and add your own questions. If you’re starting out in the profession, what would you like to know? If you’ve been in library and information work for awhile, what do you think you could have used some information and advice on when you were starting out?

Hope to see you in the chat!
